Nestled within a heritage-listed Art Deco building in Potts Point, the Regents Court project presented a unique opportunity to blend timeless character with contemporary comfort. The compact studio apartment was reworked to maximise spatial flow, light, and liveability—transforming it into a calm, refined city retreat.

Custom joinery, layered textures, and a muted palette bring warmth and cohesion to the interior, while subtle nods to the building’s original features maintain its sense of place. Every detail was considered to enhance functionality without compromising on style.
